Rent-A-Center — Local services in Miami

I have rented a washer and dryer set for year now from rent a center in Miami OK. I have never had any problems until three weeks ago when the washer stopped working right. I called and a week later they came and picked it up and left me a loaner. The loaner is all bent up, didn't spin clothes out, and makes an awful noise. So I called and told them that their loaner isn't working either. They again several days later sent someone to service the loaner. They claimed it was fixed. It wasn't. So I have been without use of a washer for three weeks, and they have refused to fix this unless I make another payment. I'd say this place is beyond nasty. The floor was disgusting. They tried to sell me a used couch til I found roaches in it and wanted new instead it showed up with half the stuff which they said they had to order. They unwrapped it and a roach fell out. I went to talk to sales lady about it and she said it's not on them anymore it's in my house. I paid one payment after bombing the house and asked for rest of sectional.
