Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Miami

I used to live to go to sonic. But I've been to this one Three times in the last week, at different times through out the day. Most times they are not busy when I go, so I don't understand why the longer than 10 minute wait for water. That is for larger Blackberry water. Since I have medical issues I can't order fried foods but I Love the Blackberry water. If I could receive my order in a timely fashion I would visit every day for it. But , I can't wait extended amounts of time for water. Yes, and by the way, I do give a nice tip everyone I go. The managers are Jamie, shanda, makayla, and Martin. I have timed my wait time lately. Today it was 9 minutes and 6 seconds for a large water. I call and the mangers don't care so I will try a different sonic. I guess my order is not important. However, the Sonic in Langely is the best no more than 2 minutes on a Blackberry water. At least they respect my...

I don't know if all Sonics are this great, but the food here is fabulous. The batter for the onion rings is nicely seasoned and the onions are soaked in something with a hint of vanilla. The batter doesn't separate from the onion while eating them. The burger was also excellent. Their mustard was my favorite part of the burger. It's not too tangy nor is it bland and combined with the mayo tasted slightly of potato salad. Everything combined for an excellent flavor experience. Also, pulling into a stall and getting to take my time and review the menu without being concerned that I'm holding them or the person behind me up like in a drive-thru situation was the best part. This sonic is absolutely terrible my husband went there this afternoon and got popcorn chicken ans chedder peppers he got back home the popcorn chicken was hard as a rock and chedder pepper were ice cold I called they replaced the popcorn chicken and he paid for a diet peach tea he gets back home its sweet I couldn't drink it because I'm a diabetic this evening he wanted a snack only place open so he orders a chop house burger and its a chicken sandwich This is ridiculous pretty sad you can order but I guess they give you want they want instead of what you order if they gave the choice to give zero stars thats what I would give them...
