So for me to rate a business 5 stars, the customer service & food both have to be good. I'm giving Daylight Donuts in Miami Ok 5 stars on their donuts & 4 stars regarding customer service. The donuts were amazingly delicious, but the guy working the drive up window- shouldn't have been working the drive up window. He is not good when it comes to customer service. This is the second time he's waited on me in the drive-thru & I assumed the first time he was having a bad day, but he was the same again today. He may have some personal issues going on I don't know, but I think he's forgotten that without customers he wouldn't have a job. Read moreBeing a Tulsa native, I have a soft spot for Daylight Doughnuts. The Miami location tests my love of the brand. The doughnut is fine, especially when they have what you want in the cabinet. It is the customer service lacks any personality or service for that matter. I do not mind being served Doughnuts by someone who does not speak English. I do like anyone serving me to smile. When she brought my order to the window she basically threw it at me and slapped my debit card into my hand. She turned around and slammed the window shut. No, "thank you, come again." Nothing.
