I’d been wanting to try cryo for a lonnggg time. After reading Life Force by Tony Robbins, I knew I had to pull the trigger. Went on GroupOn and found a great deal for the time, money, and energy involved. All I can share with you is that it was a great cryotherapy session and great service from Liz and Eva. The session was brief, lasted 3 full minutes in the chamber and sat down to an entertaining conversation with Liz.
