Kubo Play — Local services in Miami

This is our third year celebrating our kid’s birthday at Kubo and the first year doing so at this location (since it opened last year). The party was amazing. This location is even bette than Doral. They do a fenomenal job. The decorations were beautiful, the extra sweets we ordered through them delicious and beautiful, the entertainment was great as well. They have an amazing team with excellent service, really great job all around. We even got a face painter and a balloon lady through Kubo this year and they were both a hit. The food is delicious also but it’s not a lot. We ordered the brunch menu, from previous years we know that they don’t set up a lot of food, it all goes very fast, so we got extra orders of oriental rice (2) and lasagna this year and it was just enough food for 70 but something to be aware of. I picked Kubo because of its great reviews and after visiting this place in person I completely loved it. Celebrated my son’s 1st birthday and I don’t regret choosing this indoor playground. Alejandro was so helpful throughout the whole booking process and the ladies working (staff) the day of the event were not only sweet but had such great service, they ensured everything was perfect and made sure we were content with everything. The decoration was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Food was delicious and nicely served. The explorer who came to entertain the kids was a total success, kids loved the games. Everything was just literally PERFECT. The best part is that everything is done for you and everything is ready once you arrive jejeje. I am a mom of 2 under 2 and I was searching for a place that "had it all" for my sons 2nd birthday. Kubo is exactly that - they have it all and made my life so much easier! I just showed up 30 minutes prior to the party start time and didn't have to worry about anything else. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the staff was extemly helpful and welcoming! The food was delicious, the entertainment for the kids was great, the play areas are perfect and offer plenty of options, the space is extremely spacious and accomodating! Aside from the actual day of the party, the booking experience was also very easy and straight forward! I wouldnt think twice about booking with Kubo in the future - everything was perfect!
