Horrible customer service at this place. The masseuse was very rude and the massage was the WORST massage I have ever received. To start, the massage didn’t actually last 30 minutes. During those 30 minutes, the masseuse was in and out of the room several times. At the end, she spent about 5-10 minutes talking to me about paying her tip in advance and not even massaging me. It got to a point where I just wanted to leave before time was up. Then she tried to take an extra $20 I had lying around for tip (I had already paid $50 for the half hour as she insisted I pay that money in cash in advance of the massage).
