Marky's Gourmet — Local services in Miami

Okay, due to the pandemic I had to search for a place to get my wife a present. Marky's Gourmet supposedly had the Leonidas "I Love You" box of Belgian Chocolates. The price wasn't too bad but the shipping costs were really high. But no problem considering the circumstances. So when the package was opened by my wife it wasn't what I intended to order. It was some equal priced booze filled Leonidas chocolates. Personally, IMHO, I think they didn't have the I Love You box and substituted but I cannot prove that. Everything was changed on the order and records IF that is what happened. I remember being on the I Love You box page when I pressed the order button. I sent them a message explaining what I thought might have happened... NO ANSWER. So there is obviously a lack of customer service. They didn't even bother to send me a reply to tell me it was ME that screwed up. At least then I would have known that Marky's cared enough to respond. Whatever. Looking over their site I will warn folks. Most everything is available much cheaper on other sites. TAKE ME OFF YOUR...
