We recently traveled to Orlando for a family cruise. I was concerned about getting our group of 15 people, including two infants, from the airport to the hotel late at night, and then from the hotel to the port the next morning. We also would need to be picked up at the port at the end of the cruise and returned to the airport.

I googled transport companies and found Sensation Tours. I just want to say that the service was truly amazing, and using this company turned out to be an excellent choice!

Our driver, Edgar, contacted me a day prior to pick-up via text so that I would have his contact information. The drivers arrived early for each pick-up. The airline luggage delivery was stalled for over 30 minutes on the night we arrived. It was 1:00 in the morning and I felt so bad, but Edgar just kept telling us to take our time and not worry about it. We were a little late getting out of the hotel the next morning and again, he was so patient and understanding. He arranged our post-cruise pick up so I didn't have to worry about it. We had a different driver back to the airport, but he was equally as cheerful and helpful.

The bus and vans were so clean and the car seats that they provided for our toddler were clean and good quality. Both Edgar and the other driver were just delightful. I am so glad that we contacted Sensation Tours and I would recommend them...

EXCELLENT service when I was in Miami for my cruise 7/22-7/30. Edgar was the best and very professional. He picked us up from our hotel and transport us to the port for our cruise. His company is alway on time and you dont have to worry about them being late. After my cruise Edgar texted that morning to let us know he was at the port waiting for us while we were still in our ship ready to leave. Edgar came around 6am and we didn't meet him till about 730ish in the morning. He was very patience and wait this long for us to come out of the our ship. Hands down to Edgar.
