From the moment I stepped into Home Depot, I was struck by the atmosphere of intentionality and care. Every aisle was immaculately clean, every display thoughtfully arranged, and every product accessible without clutter or confusion. It’s rare to encounter a retail space that feels both expansive and intimate—where the scale of inventory doesn’t compromise the clarity of layout. The floors were spotless, the lighting was bright but not harsh, and the signage was clear and bilingual, making navigation seamless for both English and Spanish speakers. I appreciated how each department—from lumber to lighting—was not only well-stocked but curated with precision. There was a sense that someone had walked the space with purpose, ensuring that every tool, fixture, and appliance was exactly where it belonged. Staff members were courteous and knowledgeable, offering guidance without hovering. Their presence added to the sense of order—like stewards of a well-run workshop rather than mere employees. Even the checkout process felt ritualized: efficient, respectful, and smooth. In a world where retail often feels rushed or transactional, Home Depot stands out as a place where cleanliness and organization are elevated into a kind of hospitality. It’s not just a store—it’s a space where projects begin with clarity, and where every visit feels like a step toward something well-built.

Once upon a time when I needed product support or perhaps direction, I could count on HD to help me out. I bought a whole house water filter and the associated fittings the sales associate adamantly recommended. She even demonstrated how to use the compression fitting to the housing. The problem with her recommendation is that the compression fitting works only with the male/female parts joining on the same coupling, not to be screwed into the housing. So many associates have dangerous working knowledge of products just enough to cause undue problems and complications. What was a simple installation became a complex muddled mess that the customer had to pay for the bad instructions provided by an employee of little knowledge. I give a 3 so those that have knowledge are not discouraged from helping customers in need.

I was looking for Bed Risers (I recommend very happy how it lifted my bed) suppose to be in store/in stock I ran into a Latin female employee that was talking to another one she said Isle 16 could not find it I walk back to her she said then we don't have it never seen them the one talking to her said I'll show you started asking me about Air C. had no idea what I was talking about I even had a screen shot I was showing her so I said I'll go look for a male employee Iam sure they'll know. The first one I ran into was MIKE he went to isle 16 said they are suppose to be in this spot he look up to some close boxes and said let me get a ladder took box down and gave me a set. MIKE is very nice polite knowledgeable helpful and goes out of his way to help I give him 5 Stars. This Home Depot is my favorite 2999 SW 32 AVE.

Charlene, the employee that was at the Customer Service desk had zero customer service skills. My mom who is 79 years old, has a hearing problem so this cashier had to repeat a couple of times what she was saying to her. I helped my mother with the transaction and even though there was no one in line at the time, Charlene's attitude was of a very annoyed individual. Her rude behavior was notorious, she didn't even looked at us as when were paying the bill and took the freedom to put the bill under "credit", not debit, without my mom's permission. This is totally unacceptable!!. As soon as another customer showed up in the line, she said, with "an arrogant attitude", that she had to take care of the next customer and we were taking too long. I was so disgusted of her disrespect that I didn't even say "thank you" when we were done paying...she gave me a hard, defiant look because of that!! I actually went straight to talk to "Sean", the manager, to tell him about this disgusting episode. My mom just spent about 4k renovating a small bathroom at her home located only a couple of minutes away from this store. She bought all the materials here and in this occasion we were just buying the light fixtures and door molding to finish the job. What a disappointment this Home Depot was!! I'm from Orlando and was here to help with this project. The difference between the employees here and up north is enormous!!. I will definitely share this horrendous experience with corporate and try my best to never get in this store again,...

After waiting nearly one hour for assistance in your sink and vanity section , my sister and i walked up to the front check out and pickups seeking assistance. A man tried assisting, looking up orders for vanity that we wanted to look at , but, were so high, we needed a ladder. We also asked him for parts needed to repair the valve on our faucet and he instructed us to look at a different isle across the store away from the sinks. Well, we searched for another 30 minutes with no help, couldn't find what we were needing. The cashier up front assured us the part was in that isle and computer showed 37 parts in stock. Well, disgusted , we started making our way out of the store when a concerned voice asked if we needed any help finding something.. Well, i jumped for joy. Not only did he speak English, he wanted to work. This man reviewed our notes and mesurments and list of our parts needed. He smiled and ,introduced himself while leading us back to the sinks snd vanity section we had previously been into .He walked right up too the parts needed for our faucet and then on to the custom sink. After careful review he explained we would need to order the size sink needed for our vanity. He is AMAZING! Professional leader that takes pride in his job.I need to confirm with my sister but, I believe his name was Cozmo. If, im wrong I'll correct where needed. This worker should be a leader or work in management. Please, tell him THANK YOU again. ...

What a disappointment. Went there today to find a solution to an AC unit that is backing up. Looking for the apparatus that blows out the clog or a solution to dissolve the clog. Approached two young gentlemen who were chatting and asked for help. One just pointed to plumbing and said, there. That of course wasn't what I was looking for. Explained to both men what I had seen on the Home Depot site to give them more detail. They both just shook there heads and said, I don't know. They got on the phone to ask a manager. They said sorry the manager is busy. He's down there and pointed in the direction of someone. No name, and not sure who to look for. Strolled down the isle to see if I could find someone who looked like a HD employee but no luck. Went back to the young men who were in the same spot and now joined by two others just chatting. Not helping shoppers but chatting it up. Told them I didn't see anyone so one of the gentlemen walked with me down the isle and said, here to go with a bit of an attitude. That gentleman understood what I was looking for and said since this is a small store they don't always carry what is advertised online. Understood. He directed me to isle 2 where I found a solution to put in the pipes. It's very sad to see that customer service is relatively non existent. 30 minutes of a run around but at least I left with a bottle of something that might help until I get an AC company to do the job. Won't be...
