The LUXE Miami — Local services in Miami

Great place at an affordable price. We stayed here for our trip to go on a cruise to the Bahamas. We stayed here 1 day before and 2 days after. It's not far from many great restaurants. The beds are clean the linens are clean and everything looks really secure. They have multiple cameras protecting the property and a secure door that locks. Just remember to lock your electronic look when leaving. This is a great place to stay for a good price. Will stay here again before our next cruise. Best thing was the very fast WiFi and the connected TV's that allowed me to control the tv with my phone by downloading the Roku app or chrome casting Netflix to it. Overall...

On November 20,2020, we booked this location and we were appalled at the state of this suite; it was repulsive! The bed was broken and sunken in, ultimately we were unable to sleep on it. The couch was horribly stained and disgusting. we were left with two options: sleep on the bed or the couch.

We called the location multiple times to give them the opportunity to fix the problem and they refused to answer our calls or our messages. So we asked for a refund not only from this location but from Airbnb! Both Luxe Miami and Airbnb thought we would be made whole with a $75 credit to rebook.

My advice? Skip this entire location and if possible...

The “Luxe Miami” cancelled our reservation 48 hours before arrival. Our only concern was regarding their parking lot security which was a valid concern. If you check the address under Google Earth, the photos show construction equipment and the adjoining building with graffitis. Apparently, my concern of having my car covered in graffiti was enough for the thin-skinned owners to cancel our reservation. Luckily, we were able to secure a reservation elsewhere at a REAL hotel. Don’t make a reservation here, your deposit several weeks in advance means nothing to the imbeciles running the building. Very important if traveling...
