NEVER buy phones from this place. After we established to meet at their store through Offerup, I asked Alberto inside if the S20+ unlocked was capable of 5g and he said yes, I had explained to him that I have poor reception in many areas around Miami and he nodded understandably. Afterwards I go to the local T-Mobile store and they notify me that the phone is an international model that lacks 5g. I try to return the phone and the snake oil salesman refuses a return and lies about the conversation we had....

I never liked this place. I knew about it for many years now. They take advantage of people who know nothing about phones. The employees don't know anything them selves either. They told me my moms pin for her simple mobile account was our zip code(which it was not her zip code and it shouldn't be). That makes no sense what's so ever. I don't trust this business. I recommend people not to trust These 3rd party stores...

Going in on a Friday night after work to get your phone fixed...no problem! These guys literally fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. Tech was friendly, showed me what was wrong with my battery, fixed the LCD screen and glass for $74 (bought a groupon)!!! I am super pleased and beyond grateful for their business ethics!
