Beijing Garden Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Miami

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessional human beings in my life. Every single person that works there is so rude and has no clue what’s going on. I placed an order for delivery, and when the driver arrived, he did not want to come upstairs to drop off the food. He claimed there was no parking at my building, which is a complete and total lie. I receive food deliveries multiple times a day. I’ve never had an issue with the valet drivers not allowing the delivery drivers to park, while they went upstairs. To sum up the situation from here, I received a call from the driver first. Barely spoke English and I tried to explain he could park and come upstairs. He hangs up on me. I then received a call from the restaurant. They advised I needed to come down. I explained there is parking downstairs and how the front desk would send the driver up. They hung up on me. A few minutes pass and I still didn’t get my order. I then proceed to call the restaurant and ask where the driver was. They said if I didn’t come downstairs, I wasn’t getting my order. I then asked for a refund since I had already been charged on my credit card. They hung up on me. After being hung up on several times, I finally gave up and decided to have American Express deal with this issue. I am a pregnant and I really couldn’t deal with how disrespectful everyone I spoke to was to me. I am baffled that there are people in this world that are that rude and inconsiderate. I have no idea what the people who gave this place a 1 star rating are talking about. I have been getting food delivered to me from this place for 5 years now and the delivery drivers have been nothing but very kind and the food has always been nothing but impeccable. It was the only food that anyone was able to get me to eat after my accident and they would deliver it to me in my hospital room. The workers are always super friendly when I call and they even remember me and my order every time. This place is the best Chinese place ever and it will remain my favorite until they close their doors...

This is a take-out only restaurant. Order from a window, wait for your food which is cooked fairly quickly. I was so happy I chose to eat at Beijing Restaurant. I paid just $11.50 for beef and broccoli with special fried rice and I got so much food... Enough for 2 meals. The food was very flavorful as well, tender beef and delicious special fried rice. The food was cooked within 15 mins, I waited in my car for the food and before I knew it, it was ready. No complaints. I will DEFINITELY become a...
