Chipmunk Chronicles — Local services in Miamisburg

I will support a Black Owned Business every day of the week and promote them to everyone I know, but what I don't like is being lied to. I purchased an item from this company and after a month of waiting and horrible communication, they agreed to grant my request of cancelling my order and providing me with a full refund (in writing/email). After failing to do so and not responding to further inquiries, I had to file a dispute with my bank. CC had the NERVE to push back on the dispute. I will let everyone I know about this issue and find another vender for future planned orders- or better yet, make my own. Usually, I have great experiences with small black owned businesses, but this was definitely the exception...

The store atmosphere is very welcoming, and inviting. Dope selection of gear, and the store owner is very customer driven, willing to assist customers any way he can. He not only did this for me while I was there. But several other customers that were there too. Chipmunk Chronicles has most definitely gained a loyal repeat customer in me. I'll be back for the awesome detail in the clothes, and fantastic customer service.. definitely...

Great atmosphere. If you’re a 80’s babies you will definitely love this store and brand. As a kid I grew up watching A Different World 🌎 and I idolized Dwayne aka Chipmunk. Being able to wear a piece of clothing that simply reads Hillman and receive smiles and head nods from others makes me feel like an alum of Hillman College.
