Terrible, terrible customer service! Initially we were told they would be out within a week to look at our not working dishwasher. A week came and went to I called and they acted like they had no idea we had even called and were waiting for someone to come. But they came that day and said the part we needed was on factory back order so he ordered it but would check around to see if we could get it somewhere else faster. Never heard back from them. I called around the day the part was supposed to be in to get an update and make sure they could come out soon after the part came in (it took a month) and was told I would get a call back with an update but never did. So I called back 3 days AFTER the part was supposed to come in for an update, again was told I would get a call back and again never did. So I called again to ask for an update and the guy who answered got an attitude with me saying they can't come out until they get the part in - which is obvious - and I explained all I have been looking for is an update. A simple call back to let me know that after waiting over a month, my part still isn't in but that they haven't forgotten about us like they did when we initially called...
Read moreI called a month ago to have them come out and look at my standup freezer and see why it’s not freezing anymore. The lady said they would be out in a few days and would call me when they have to come out but didn’t give me a day or time. They never came, so many weeks later I call and talk to Mark and he can’t find where I called, they apparently are old school and do everything with pen and paper and can’t find my information. Mark was nice, he came out within an hour this time and looked at my freezer for 3 minutes told me it was not fixable (even though I just bought it brand new at Lowe’s 4 years ago) and then charged me 75.00 for NOTHING! Said, yeah I have to charge a trip fee! What! Wow, well I live 1 mile away, they stayed 3 minutes and determined they could do nothing but charged me 75.00! Read moreHad trouble with our refrigerator not keeping the temperature. Guy that came out checked to make sure that the fans were running - and that was it. Called the next day to say the temperature was still warm and he offered to come out AGAIN to change the thermistors...for another service fee and parts...which should have been checked and replaced the FIRST TIME, but recommended we watch the refrigerator for a day or so. Came home today to find water all over the floor because the refrigerator was STILL NOT KEEPING THE TEMPERATURE.
