Ray and Ginny are great business owners and amazing people. They are very professional and incredibly kind. They focus on you as a client and genuinely give you 100% of their time and attention when it comes to your special day. We had our wedding reception at Star City Social, and they allowed us to come in the night before to set up decorations, this took a lot of pressure off of the wedding day and made the entire event more enjoyable. They were always available to help out, but it never felt like they were hovering over us. The facility itself is beautiful, and was perfect for our reception. The hall/bar/restrooms are all clean and well maintained and looked just like the pictures online. They provided all of the tables and chairs that we needed, and they have an AV system that is easy to use. Ray and Ginny took care of a lot of the small details and made sure that all of the equipment was ready for us to use as soon as we got there. The courtyard is beautiful and gives your guests easy access to downtown Miamisburg. There's also plenty of parking for your guests. I honestly can't say enough good things about Ray, Ginny, or the hall. They are great to work with, made our wedding day much more relaxed, and I would highly recommend Star City Social Hall to anyone considering a large gathering. Absolutely perfect for our elopement celebration! ✨

We used this venue for our “happily ever after” party to celebrate our elopement with friends and family, and it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the entire experience was so smooth.

Ginny and Ray are exceptional hosts - not only were they incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, but their genuine kindness and warmth made everything so much more special. You can tell they truly care about making your event perfect, and they’re just genuinely good people who go above and beyond.

We also stayed at their Airbnb right next to the venue, which was a game-changer for setup. Having everything so close made the whole day stress-free and allowed us to focus on celebrating with our loved ones.

The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we envisioned for our celebration. If you’re looking for a stunning location with hosts who will treat you like family, look no further. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My husband and I had our wedding and reception here back in October. The whole process was as stress free as a wedding could be, thanks to Ginny! She was quick with getting back with me on any questions I had and was willing to be super flexible the day before and day of our wedding.

You can supply your own alcohol/ beverages/ bartender and caterer for your event which was super nice. They have a linen supplier that you can rent from if you so choose. We were able to come in and set all the decor and everything we needed up the day before our wedding.

We also used their air bnb the night of one wedding which is so cute, nice and affordable. It was very convenient to be able to just walk upstairs after a long day.
