Nice looking facility. I walked in. No one around. Finally woman came out of back area, gave me paperwork to fill out. Didn't explain anything, I just knew what to do because I had an MRI last week at Starke Hospital. I arrived 30 minutes before my test(130). They had questions about my insurance. Had wrong one in system. Waiting till 215, apt. was at 200, the MRI tech comes out( Jill I think). She's states I can sign a form about being responsible for pmt. never explaining to me what she's talking about. Then says I can talk to my Dr's office because they put in the wrong information ( weird since my MRI last week had no problems) So I asked her yes I would like to talk to them. She said they were on a 3 way call. Still not explaining clearly about the situation, I thought they were still on the phone. I go to the window ask her where can I speak to them, and she says you can call them. I then realized she was saying I can personally call them about the situation. I advised her that I would be going to a different facility because she was rude and unable to explain what was going on. So I do not want that type of person in control of my test. Beware if you are a person of color how they will treat you. No matter if you're educated or have money (which shouldn't matter but they do). Expect unfair care and mistreatment. I recommend even going somewhere else like Kindreds or even a bush doctor cause Indiana University will just kill you and charge your family for killing you. Btw Jonathan E. Gottlieb needs to be investigated by the state board for management and overall care of people under him. There are huts in war zones that...
