AT&T Store — Local services in Middle Smithfield Township

I came in to the store because my phone broke and I'm from out of town. I was really excited there was a store near by. That being said I told the guy I had been trying all these things without success. He literally told me YouTube is useless you must have made things worse. I then showed him I was trying to use a hotspot I bought to use to not get lost he said that one is junk that I had wasted my money I then asked to pay off my one line and purchase a new phone. He refused to sell me one. He told me to call samsung. I said Anthony I need to be able to return home. He said your data working your fine. A girl had in towards the refusal of a phone. When I left I saw clearly it was his girlfriend and he was trying to rush me out the door. Now I'm 6 hours from home terrified I won't have data to use my GPA. I have to come up...

Anyone who has left less than a 5 star review here clearly has this confused with another store. I have been coming to this location since it opened back in March and have had nothing but awesome customer service. Steven the manager and his team really know how to take care of you and give you exactly what you need. Never try to push anything down your throat but they always let you know the new things they are offering and how it can benefit your account! I’ve had problems on my account from other stores which is why I made the switch to this location. ( it’s also closer to my home!) Any problems I have, I call and they fix them right away and explain everything. I bring my whole family here and tell anyone if they want a hassle free phone experience, go here!! Phil and Travis went above and beyond to get me fixed up with a new phone. I was having difficulty pairing my recent vehicle via bluetooth, and between the two of them, they had me fixed up pairing within minutes!!! They also transferred all my files and apps from my old phone to the new phone without issues (or grumbles which I have experienced at other local ATT stores). I have been to other ATT stores in the area, and the experiences unfortunately were the opposite, not satisfactory. And we all had some good laughs at the same time.
