Lotus Inn — Restaurant in Middle Smithfield Township

Would not recommend this place. They are cheats. Ordered three menu items that shows separate sizes in pt and Qt. Menu does not inform customer that ordering a qt means you get a smaller portion of white rice. Menu simply says comes with white rice. Charged me for a qt and give me a pt of rice with my qt size orders. If you are going to advertise something and have customer pay for a portion size, then give them the right portion. So if I had ordered the pt size I assume they would have given me a few spoons of white rice. It makes sense now why it's cash only because this business is cheating...

My wife, mom and I love the food here! Everyone's Palate and expectations are different! The food is not oily like other places. We order at least 3 times a month. We get Mei fun shrimp, beef with broccoli various soups fried dumplings not to Doey. Today I decided to try the Vietnamese mai fun and was delicious and hot and sour soup VG! Many people that come from NY and I introduce them to Lotus Inn they love the food. For me it's my go to Chinese! It's only my opinion! You know what they say...

The food was poorly cooked and overpriced. The chicken in the walnut chicken was hard as a rock, and they don't use the baby corn. First Chinese restaurant I've ever seen that foesn't. To top it all off, you can't just grab your own sauce, we were charged for something that was supposed to be free since our order was way more than forty bucks, and they don't even give you silverware, you have to "ask for and pay for" it. Not worth...
