We visited this business today and were greatly disappointed by the experience. This is an activity primarily designed for children and families to enjoy, but the behavior of the men organizing and overseeing the event was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. Some of us were participating for the first time. While we were familiar with the rules, we are not experts. Instead of offering guidance or encouragement, the staff took a strict and discouraging approach that felt entirely out of place for a family-oriented environment. Additionally, some of the go-karts were clearly too small for taller individuals, making them difficult to control safely.
What stood out most was how the men in charge treated young children and women specifically. Their attitude was overly aggressive and, at times, extreme. I personally felt singled out because my partner and I had completed the course a few times. During my last round, I made a few mistakes—largely due to the kart I was given—and was publicly yelled at, cursed at, and shamed in front of others.
While we understand the need for rules and safety, there is no excuse for that kind of behavior toward any guest. This was meant to be a fun and inclusive experience, but it ended up being upsetting and uncomfortable. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and considers making changes to ensure a more respectful and family-friendly...
Read moreI would give this place zero stars if I could. I went there today for the first time ever. My son and I were riding our karts and these three teenage girls, who clearly did not care less about safety, kept trying to fly by everyone in tight places. At one point one of the girls tried to squeeze between my son and I and he swerved to avoid us colliding which we eventually did. One of the idiot teenage boys working there decided to make my 10 year old son get out of his kart and exit because he was a "danger" to everyone else. Are you kidding me?! I told him the girl was an issue since the ride started. He said I was wrong and he saw everything. I would like to mention neither of these girls paid for that ride or the next one they went on. They had no tickets or wristbands. All of the teenage boys working there were flirting with these girls and just letting them continuously ride for free. Meanwhile my child, who was excited to do this here, was given a horrible experience. I don't know if it was a matter of them wanting to keep the girls interest or us not being the right shade of color. Either way I will never recommend or go to this...
Read moreThis spot is decent for some weekend activities. I think it's a family run business which offer paintballing, go karting and mini golfing. We only tried the go karts and paintballs. It costs $7 per ticket per activity. It is cheaper if you get more tickets. They will accept cash for the price as is and a fee if you use a credit card to pay.
They have signs all around but I guess some people don't like the sarcastic humor. We got there around 11 am and it wasn't very crowded but we still had to wait for around 6 rounds of go-karts before it was one turn. My phone fell out of my pocket on the go-kart seat and they were super quick to locate me! It was wonderful that we didn't need to drive back for it.
For the paintballing, they give you roughly 50 tiny balls of paint. You get to shoot paint at a huge wall with objects. It was cool but might've been more fun if you get to shoot at each other.
It was a nice place for some...
