Pocono Castle — Local services in Middle Smithfield Township

I don't even know where to start! This place is simply AMAZING!! We've done our share of traveling via Airbnbs/VRBOs but no property came even close to the Pocono Castle!!! The attention to detail is beyond perfection. You can tell that the owners put their heart and soul (and lots of hard work and talent) into this gem!! They personally decorated and custom built/created most of what you find. From beds, doors, decorations, furniture to bathroom vanities with custom made sink, counter tops etc. The amount of talent and imagination is simply magnificent! The layout is perfect with 4 stunning bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/dining room and huge playroom with just about any fun activity you can imagine (pool table, air hockey, foosball, karaoke, ping pong etc). They even provide dress up for kids!! The outdoors are equally stunning with lake and beautiful landscaping!! AND additional tons of fun activities to keep you busy and entertained through the entire stay! We loved the sauna, hot tub, volleyball area, miniature golf (custom made with themed decorations), the swing set and more. We enjoyed the starlit sky and the lake view from the deck/lounging area and my husband had some serious fun with the super hot BBQ grill :) Close to shopping, dining, hiking etc. yet secluded and very private. Mark and Eva are not just super talented and artistic, they are also super responsible hosts! Their communication was simply flawless, quick, thorough, and even fun! Their Super Host status on Airbnb is well deserved! We came here to celebrate our daughter's birthday and the only regret we had was that we did not book the place for longer!!! We are already planning our next trip with the kids AND our high school reunion here!! This place is simply perfect for anyone and everyone! Kids, adults, any occasion. I have never in my life compiled such a long review but I would not serve this place any justice if I wrote the review...

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay! We were so happy that the castle looked exactly like the photos. It has so much to do inside and out, you don’t need to worry about the weather or even bring anything with you! The location is very private and relaxing. I personally loved sitting by the pond and taking in the surroundings.

As a family we enjoyed boating/fishing, billiards, foosball competitions, s’mores by the fire pit, badminton, mini golf, and the hot tub. Our kids (9 & 11) couldn’t get enough of laser tag, drinking out of the plastic goblets and enjoyed having their own rooms with the treat of their own tv!

Every detail was cared for from instructions on how to use things, to having hooks next to the hot tub for robes. The castle was spotless and the theming was so fun. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving (6 Adults) at the Castle. We are a blend of sports fanatics, nature lovers & Renn faire goers. We left no stone unturned. We played inside & out each day; boating, pool tournaments, hot tub, sauna, darts, karaoke, air hockey, foosball, mini golf, chess, dancing, dressing up, GOT Trivia, birding. It truly was like camp for adults. Excellent Communication/Comfy Beds/High Speed Internet. We effortlessly streamed numerous sports games/movies & of course the Thanksgiving Parade/Dog Show. The well equipped Kitchen allowed us to make a full Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. Wait until you see the fridge! I can’t tell you how much joy that appliance brought my techy kids. HaHa! The time together in a magical setting creating everlasting memories- priceless! We only left the compound a couple times but enjoyed exploring the area when we did.
