I run two local businesses that deal with customer service every day and myself and some of my staff went for a fun team bonding night. Since we have some that are underage we made a deal to go to the bar to order our adult beverages. At the bar the bartender walked past us and helped numerous people around us. Finally when he asked what we would like we would start to tell him and he would walk away. Thankfully he did get the drink orders correct. We then asked if we could order some food and he said he'd send the waitress over. The waitress started walking over and then passed us to go to the next lane. We told her we would like to order and she completely ignored us. Came back a couple of minutes later to clean up the dirty plates at the lane next to us and still did not ask if we needed anything. We then again went to the bar and asked to order food. Again we're told I'll send the waitress over. Finally a young man walks over and comes in hot. Instead of asking if he can help us says I thought you ordered food at the bar. I started to explain to him that we had asked at the bar and he completely cuts me off and says cause you have drinks and you had to get them from somewhere. I tried to quickly explain to him and he proceeds to cut me off again and says what can I get you. We then start telling him (it was a large order there were 11 of us) and he just seemed very annoyed. One of my employees said they need better customer service and he said very loud you need to be better customers. If we had just been rude and he didn't deserve that comment I would have told my employee that was uncalled for it. But at that moment the entire restuarant staff needed to hear that comment. The bartender ignored us, the waitress was getting paid to do nothing while sitting at a table with the person who later introduced herself as the manager and some other people, and then the man they sent over in place of the waitress. The manager then said she would handle everything. Not that we expected it but we didn't even get $5 bucks off for the ignorance. I later apologized to the manager because I felt I was rude to her when I was upset with her worker. She said she understood and we tipped her very well. Sadly we were planning on doing a once a month thing and we definitely will not be doing it here again. I also come with friends and or family every weekend and that's going to...

So tonight was our first Visit. This will be a brief review pending further visits to this establishment. We ate at the Clubhouse Bar and Grill. I had the Giant Pretzel with Mustard, and the Shrimp Scampi Pizza. She had the Fried Pickles and the Meatballs parm sandwich. Fried Pickles were good, but nothing too special. The Meatballs were texturally on point, but seasonings were wrong, the seasonings were not an Italian seasoning, not sure what they used, but it was wrong. Overall tasty sandwich. The fries were a typical Frozen fry, nothing special or to brag about. The Giant Pretzel was exactly that, Giant! A little bit overcooked on the bottom, but overall it was very good! Flavorful, and tender overall. The Mustard seemed to be a Honey Mustard, and with a Honey Allergy! That was a problem! Seeing that the menu's do not indicate that fact, Consumer Beware! Now onto the Shrimp Scampi Pizza! Big Letdown! The Pizza Dough is Stellar, the Scampi Sauce leaves a Lot to be desired! Very mild flavor of Garlic, almost not noticable, could not taste the Basil, it appeared to be cooked in with the pizza, and not freash! They should chose Fresh Basil, and drop it on after the pizza is cooked as it was written in the book of Basil Life! Lol. Never use dried, or cook it in a recipe! Also we live in a Seafood and Tourism area! Why are you using Frozen Shrimp? You took the time to develop a Top of the Craft Pizza Dough! Only to Screw it up by using Inferior/ and Or Frozen Products to top it with! Why did you even bother? there was no hint of Lemon either! Needs more work. As for our Server! Melissa Was Absolutely Phenomenal! Very Friendly and service Oriented, nice smile and engaged with the customers. On point every step of the way, kept us informed of the progress of our order at every step. We will be back.

As for the overall establishment! We will review at a later Date! Very Bright, and Clean in appearance! But I will save that conversation for another Day! Stop in and check them out if you are in the Area and Have a...

Okay, so this place has a very cool concept. Bowling alley, movie theater, bar, and mini arcade. Clearly, they are still working out the kinks. We started off with a couple of drinks from the bar, which were just okay! The rude, heavy set bartender had zero personality and barely talked other than to ask what I wanted. When I was asking about how things were going, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away! I asked to see a drink menu, and she completely ignored me. We decided to bowl, right around frame 4 of the 1st game our lane was not calculating the score correctly and would just give the bowler a zero or gutter ball. When we pushed the service button, no one came over. We physically had to go to the front desk and ask to have a tech come over. When the tech arrived, he barely introduced himself, almost like we were bothering him (not a big deal), and rudely asked, "What's going on with lane #3 now?" After not being able to fix the issue, we were moved to another lane, restarted our game, and within 3 frames, it was doing the same thing. We quickly finished without keeping a true score and then moved to the arcade. The arcade has a bunch of good new games. However, there is no staff cleaning the place. At 1 point, there was a slice of pizza laying directly on the Space Invaders game console and chicken wing bones laying on the seat of jurassic park. Every handle or knob on just bout every game was greasy. At 1 point, I overheard the family across from us saying, "Our waitress only speaks Spanish and barely any English, I don't think she understood our order." She did, in fact, not understand and brought out the wrong food. So I'll wrap this up with a 3 star rating(should be a 2 star). Clearly, the place is understaffed with under qualified help and won't last long at this...

This review is just for the restaurant portion of the square: Off to a great start. They had a live band: Subliminal Message, they were amazing and I hope they're here regularly. Wife had the gnocchi and I had the fish and chips. Gnocchi was delicious but heavy (as it normally is). Fish was moist and the breading crispy with great flavor, chips were beautifully done. Tartar sauce was top pickled for my taste but brought the acidity. Place looks really clean and nice, friendly staff. Will be back to try more stuff, really eyeing that grilled salmon!

This place has something for everyone. It has two bars (one near the kiddie games and another well away from them), a really cool arcade with BIG screen games (Space Invaders on a 6' screen, for example), ultra-modern bowling lanes, and even a virtual golf simulator. * The decor is beautifully done in modern design. * The drink prices were reasonable. Good game day specials. * The food was tasty and inexpensive. * The servers were friendly and efficient.
