The restaurant and food were ok, and the servers were attentive. The bowling customer experience was terrible. The guy behind the counter was combative and gave no details. Set us up on the lane, charged our card, and gave us shoes. When our hour was coming to an end, I asked to extend and was told "no you need to pay upfront." I responded that we were not told that, and he was the one who set us up, but he could care less. The people in the lane next to us had the same experience. Asked to have our table cleaned after we were seated (should have been cleaned before we were seated). Acted like we were asking for something unreasonable. Then after our beer was not delivered after waiting 15 minutes she came over to ask what we were waiting for, no smiles only being a complete b!t@h.
