Escape May Escape Rooms — Attraction in Middle Township

Awesome first time at an escape room for our 4 older teen agers, the puzzles were challenging so its probably not the best for real young kids unless they have adult help but this is enjoyable for everyone in the group. They chose to do the Sherlock room and all four said that they had a blast and would love to do another one soon. We also got a peek at a really cool space themed room as well. The staff was great, very friendly and informative and you could tell they enjoyed what they were doing. When we arrived the staff was cleaning and it showed, the entire place was clean and well cared for. Make sure you arrive early because they have some really cool brain teaser puzzles that get you practicing for what you are about to do, they even have all kinds of locks to practice opening and you WILL need to know how to open locks to complete the challenge. A definite great choice for when its raining or if you need to get outta the sun for a little while. My girlfriend and I have traveled up and down the east coast doing dozens of escape rooms and Escape May is one of our top choices. So far, we’ve done every room they have available: space escape, Sherlock Holmes, and sword in the stone. They go above and beyond in their level of detail that goes into creating a fun and enjoyable experience. Every room has an immaculate theme to it and you feel present in the space and not like you’re in a bland room with a lot of locks like other escape rooms.

We always love going here because there is an inviting atmosphere where the staff are super friendly and genuinely love what they do.

We were in Cape May on vacation and some flooding occurred, so we were trapped in our hotel room at the Red Roof Inn. The silver lining was that there was an escape room right across the street. We booked Space Escape and it was the best space-themed game we’ve done ! Our daughter loved the room. We got tripped up a couple of times, but made it out with just around 1:02 left on the clock. Customer service was really standout and the quality of both puzzles and set design were spectacular. If you are in the area, you will get several results with similar names for rooms, but this is definitely the one to go to!
