Have to say love love love love this place. Something for everyone bounce in this shop. People are so nice and helpful. The shop does not have accessibility for wheelchairs inside you have to go upstairs as well as downstairs to enter into the store. Not wheelchair friendly. But it is possible that they have something available that this Shopper is not aware of. Each area of the shop has stairs multiple stairs to enter into each specific criteria of decorations. Thus making wheelchair accessibility one of the primary issues I see in the store. However it is possible to use a walker with and cane without issue. There are handrails going in and as well as going down the stairs in each area. When it comes to finding something special for yourself or someone else this is definitely the place you come. They do have online shopping available I highly suggest if you have issues about mobility. Also phoning the store is also an asset they are very helpful and if you have any special needs I'm sure they can accommodate you. They have a room that is nothing but seaside resort and Holiday in the summer warm spaces. Lights are very types. Called the Rio grande location by accident, was trying to call the Cape May location. A woman answered and told me that it was the Rio Grande location. I asked her if she had the phone number to the Cape May location. She gave me the number. I then proceeded to tell her that I had been trying to call that number but the number wasn't working, so I then asked her if she knew the hours of the Cape May store. She replied, "Same as here". I asked her what the hours were because I didn't know what the hours at her location were and she then said, "Look, I have to get off of the phone. I'm very busy". A simple response of the business hours would have sufficed and would have taken mere seconds but the woman chose to be unhelpful and downright rude. Traveled 3 hours to visit the area and to shop at the store but now, will not be shopping at either location, terrible customer service, can't believe they employ...

Love it! This is a great place take the family, there is so much to browse thru,so much kool stuff, they get new things daily...Really is something for everyone! Staff is great, super clean and safe,staff constantly wiping and sanitizing every area! Historic building,read about it on the porch sign on way in! A new holiday tradition...
