Although the Pepperoni Pizza Steak was pretty good, just a little bit dry as far as the beef goes, the App was extremely difficult to navigate, and doesn't offer things like adding the Pepperoni to any sandwich. Then there was the Deer in the headlights service. Although friendly enough, just totally lost and scattered! No real communication between the staff, and every part of the order fulfillment was missing something. Sandwich was supposed to have Italian long hots on it, but instead I had to ask for them after being handed my food order. Also none of the requested sides were in the bag, and 1 sandwich was not even made yet! How do you hand someone part of an order and tell them have a nice day? Maybe, slow down a bit, read the order as you are making each sandwich and confirm that all ingredients are on the sandwich, then look to see if all sandwiches are in the bag, then confirm all sides are packed. Then look for beverages and add on sides! Before handing food to customer! Possibly designating 1 person per shift for Order confirmation and quality control would help clean this up a bit! I did have to wait almost 10 minutes and for the majority of the time I was the only person present until the last few minutes when someone else came in behind me. They had at least 5 staff members behind the counter and they were working. I assume on take out orders. My issue is it felt like they didn't put someone on the walk in order and just kept focusing on online/take out. The young guy who took the order I assume had a learning disability or was challenged in some way. He was polite and did not mess up my order. However, he did forget to ring me up, to which another staff asked me when picking up if I had paid. When ringing me up, I asked him if he added the drink and he said yes. So I paid. That said, I'm not a huge fan of Primo in general apparently.
