We were out-of-town board game aficionados passing through for a quaint weekend at a New England bed and breakfast. Wandering the shops on Main Street, we unexpectedly came across this hidden gem. The selection of board games was excellent and they also carried TCG and tabletop supplies. Importantly, they have open copies of well over 100 games available for play in store and rental. We tested a game before buying a copy as a gift for family. Clearly the games are well loved. It was a warm and welcoming environment with knowledgeable staff offering to help (we like to keep to ourselves and they respected that but made sure we understood their amenities. When we came in, someone was painting miniatures with what appeared to be an open common paint set, and a youth Magic the Gathering league started. I saw an interaction with the owner, and young boy who had questions building a deck. I didn't hear everything only enough to know he helped him out and gave him suggestions with what to add with cheaper things. The atmosphere is inviting and they have a plethora of games ready to play before you purchase them for your own family or friends.
