Addison West is a great addition to the quaint Downtown of Middlebury, VT. Perfect for gifts, fun and unique kitchen accessories as well as an eclectic array of home furnishings. Monique has the perfect combination of vintage and new, and has handpicked all items. You can sense the time and love that Monique and (store manager)Bibi have put into their inventory and displays, it lures you in and you will most definitely not leave empty handed! All items within the store can also be found online. Shipping is quick and I cannot say enough about the packaging, well thought out and so cute. This brings me to Addison West design services. Monique has been the vision behind my master bedroom project here in MA. She has an innate ability to take a space, regardless its dimensions and quirkiness and find its potential. Master bathroom? "Sure no problem”. His and Hers built in closets? “Yup”. Monique has been to the space however the bulk of our working together (along with my contractor) has been through video chat, email and a joint Pinterest board filled with product and design ideas. Last fall Monique also helped me transform my dated half bath (located off my kitchen), into a timeless and cute powder room that I am now happy to share with guests!

Monique‘s incredible style, gentle suggestions, and design services complement her brick and mortar store, her online options, and imbue the spaces that she helps enhance. I can personally attest to the design services, as Monique has helped me refresh my living room, with a combination of things I already have, and some new pieces. I am thrilled with the results. Not only is the living room refresh a success, but Monique’s positivity, energy, and can-do attitude have inspired me to de-clutter, see things with a new eye, and in general, feel great about the space in which my family and I live.
