I used this company 3 years ago and was very pleased with them. I dealt with Fernando who was wonderful. So when we decided to do our bathroom I called and made an appointment with Moo for today, Sunday 8/27/23. Friday I received a text confirming the appointment. We arrived a little early and when we walked in this Moo person said she could not do our 12:00 appointment to go home and come back later. I do not live near the shop and that we made this appointment days ago and giving our appointment to someone else was not right. This MooMoo person got very nasty with us. It turns out that she is the new owner and does not know how to treat people. DO NOT GO TO THIS Stone and Tile shop. The old reviews were from when Fernando was there. They were great! This Moo Moo woman is the nastiest person I have ever come across!!! They deserve no stars whatsoever!!! Sorry this is so long but I am so mad at how we were treated. I am quiet shocked about my experience. I was initially recommended by my friend who had given this shop a quality review for his kitchen cabinets. I however have had quiet a different experience so far. The owner upon visiting charged me $100.00 ( as one time measurement fee) which is higher than average. But thats fine since work is being done, so thats acceptable. Although after doing the measurement I have still not received any Plans/ proposals/renders/cost estimations. The person I'm communicating with Moo Moo who has yet to provided me any thing. So far i have been asked to make deal and lock in a price. I am not new to hiring contractors. I don't have an infinite amount of time make a deal of imaginary work with out any designs of costs quoted. This is week 4 update. I have not received any renderd or designs. We were recommended to Hillstone LLC by our contractor, Jose, and it turned out to be a fantastic referral! This is a great spot if you’re looking for granite, quartz countertops, and cabinets. They have a wide variety of options to explore, and even though this was our first time at their new location (which is still being set up and a bit unorganized), the selection and service more than made up for it.

Gabriel was especially helpful — super friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us through the process and helped us design our kitchen layout. Excellent customer service throughout. We also managed to get some good deals, which was a nice bonus.
