Macy's — Local services in Middletown Township

Now I'll be honest with you this world's going to hell I went to Macy's the other day and some guy was running out from pants in his hand he stole a whole handful pants holding them down with his chin and stupid me right after him tell him to throw things down he was just pissed me off because people like that make inflation totally up and it makes it worse for the people that don't do anything wrong so we're paying for the people and the weird part is once they run off the grounds then the guards at Macy's or anything they can't do anything about it or they could be sued and the police could be sued which makes no sense is crazy they need to pull together and stop this crap this area was decent many many years ago like in 2015 in Scott and worst ever since then I don't know why nobody could do anything about it and people could just run into the store take all their stuff and just run out and are not counting all for it it's crazy to be honest with you I don't feel safe going up there I was stupid for even trying to attempt to get the guy to drop stuff what she did but I don't think I'll go off to Macy's anymore and we're talking about Langhorne we're talking about a decent area it's a shame what these cards got to go through yeah I'll never go after anybody again cuz you never know if they could have a gun or anything like that that was kind of crazy to me to chase after somebody but you know what he dropped his stuff and I stopped one person but I'll be back again trust me people are allowed to steal up to a certain amount which doesn't make any sense at all when I was a kid and you were just to take a Hershey bar you got in trouble for it doesn't make any sense the way to roll this today horrible Macy's I wish you the best I hope you don't close because the people like this but I'll be honest with you I don't blame you if you were to close because of all this craziness they should make things more safer at least that police officer place people should not be able to just run into Macy's run out of a stack of clothes and take off and as they're doing that they're just making my prices are whenever I want to buy a bed or clothes or anything is everything's higher so I would think it would be bad all the way around that's my review what a crazy day it was at Macy's up and Langhorne good people that work there so really...

Maryann answered a call from a stranger in MD who was hoping with all her might that they had a special one and only dress in her size. After I explained my plight, Maryann jumped all in with me and said she would go look for the dress herself and call me back. Within minutes she found the dress, as she stated it was right there like fate had it waiting for her. Maryann told me she secured the dress with her manager Phyllis (Maryann was at the end of her shift) and provided me with next steps to get the very special dress paid for and In route to me ASAP. Phyllis happily and graciously worked with all of us including Tosha and Adam at my local store at the Annapolis Mall to complete the transaction providing something that is immeasurably appreciated. It’s a dress but also “the dress”. From my first contact with Maryann, to my curbside pick up team member that walked the floor looking for Phyllis as well as Phyllis I am forever thankful. All three of these incredible people immediately sprang into action and performed what I think is a retail-wedding attire miracle. The 2 employees we encountered were so rude!!! The first woman, we just asked where the dresses are in the store, she says, "Downstairs, in the front, where they have been for 3 years." I said, "Well thank you, but we haven't shopped here before so we wouldn't know that." She waved us off with a "We close in 20 minutes too." The second woman told us we had to leave the store because the store was closing. (We were looking at dresses to see if there was anything we liked and would come back for.) I said, "Is it 8 o clock?" And she said, "NO, but you don't know all the stuff we have to do to get out of here" then trailed off telling us her closing duties. Seriously? 🙄 Her tone was like she was scolding us, or highly irritated. I said, "Mam, we will leave when it's 8 o'clock." How ridiculous these 2 women were. The first rudely assuming we shop there on a regular basis, like we were stupid for not knowing where something is and the second basically kicking us out of the store. 😤 What happened to customer service?? I'm sorry, but I have no desire to EVER return...
