Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Middletown Township

Im only giving it 2 stars because the cashier with the brown hair I had was amazing and super sweet , however there was another lady who work there she had blonde brownish hair . She was so rude to another customer . The customer she was talking to had to be in her late 60's maybe even 70's . To yell at someone that old on where the line starts is unacceptable . And then after the old lady checked out she had to move to the "grinch " side of the store just to get her bearings together because the cashier rushed her . My grandma love this store and I can't imagine if someone talked to her like that . I know it is busy and it is the holiday but still . If you're going to treat elders like that just dont work there . Cause that's your demographic from...

Michelle the assistant manager was VERY nice and SUPER informative. She helped me link up my new hallmark card with the online account. (I'm not tech savvy) She was patient with me and walked me through everything. On top of it all when we hit a wall she entered her own number so I could get my free mini card of the month. Thus Norman's Hallmark store has been my go to store for all of my Hallmark shopping for years. I could and usually do, spend hours in there, browsing, making a wish list, picking gifts for my loved ones. The staff is always so helpful if I'm having trouble finding just the right item or finding the item I thought may have been out of stock. They are gracious and pleasant to deal with.
