We feel so lucky to have had Nicole cater our outdoor seaside wedding -- guests are still raving about how delicious the food was!! Each dish was a vibrant celebration of place and showcased fresh, in-season ingredients -- from spring peas to lobster.

With about 120 adults, handful of kids, and a variety of dietary needs (gluten free, vegan, shellfish and nut allergies), Nicole navigated everything with total grace, warmth, and care. She didn’t just accommodate, she celebrated. From the kelp pearls in our signature “mer-tini” (a nod to my work in ocean conservation) to the radish flowers delicately placed on our risotto (an homage to our engagement story), every detail felt incredibly thoughtful.

Nicole not only worked seamlessly with the shifting elements of an open-air coastal venue, but did so with a calm presence. Her team was also out of this world: genuinely kind, grounded, and attentive. They brought so much love and ease to the day.

Nicole was absolutely incredible! Upon initially reaching out to reserve a private chef for a 10-person dinner party at my home, the team promptly responded with detailed information and guided me through the process for booking. The menu options were fantastic and I was able to make some customization requests as well so the menu was exactly what I envisioned. On the day of the event, Nicole arrived on time and had everything needed to dig in and start prepping and serving the food. Everything was exquisitely presented and tasted PHENOMENAL - including the perfectly crafted dairy-free options prepared for our guest with a dairy intolerance!! She left my kitchen cleaner than when she arrived and even loaded the dishwasher and left us some leftovers in the fridge for a midnight snack. Nicole absolutely crushed it. Her menu options were the most exciting out of all private chef menus I explored, and she delivered. It was easy to work with her to customize a menu based on what my family liked to eat - she introduced us to new food/flavors that we loved that were within the realm of what we typically like plus still new and exciting.

During our consultation we talked about a Middle Eastern / Mediterranean style experience and she crafted an exciting menu for us.

Her presentation was beautiful - she set everything up and plated everything beautifully and took care of the clean up as she went. She stuck to the timeframe we planned and left the kitchen spotless. Having service like that on top of a delicious meal made everyone at ease.
