i paid for a new patagonia jacket. when i got home, i realized that the coat was a return and worn. the jacket heavily smelt of perfume. i asked for a refund and was denied. the manager argued with me in front of two associates denying the coat was worn. i left my number for the owner and never received a call. will never shop here again. was a customer for 40 years. i to like support local business and that is why i formerly shopped here.

when i buy directly from patagonia the clothes dont reak of perfurme, are unworn, they take returns, and offer full refunds. definitely not supporting businesses who dont support the locals. shop patagonia on...

It seems if you go into this place and know what you are looking for you may seem strange to staff. So much so they start watching you commenting loudly where you may go in the store. (after clearly figuring this out myself btw) How about signs or blocking the office stairs? Then asking what im looking for because I seemed off? The best was after I explained what I wanted and that I had been refered here from Elemental, instead of telling me we do not have that this guy went with "those are not made anymore"? Bought a product similar to Spikeball here last month called Rebound Volley. Realized it didn’t come with a ball pump when I got to the beach, so there was no way to play it. I was denied a refund when I went back to return it, and although it was only $50, it was pretty frustrating/disappointing that the cashiers and manager were so unwilling to accept the unused product. And I’m flying out of the area later this week so there’s no use in finding a ball pump now.
