i paid for a new patagonia jacket. when i got home, i realized that the coat was a return and worn. the jacket heavily smelt of perfume. i asked for a refund and was denied. the manager argued with me in front of two associates denying the coat was worn. i left my number for the owner and never received a call. will never shop here again. was a customer for 40 years. i to like support local business and that is why i formerly shopped here.

I was denied a refund when I went back to return it, and although it was only $50, it was pretty frustrating/disappointing that the cashiers and manager were so unwilling to accept the unused product.
