Very disappointed on the flowers my sister received. The flowers were all jammed packed in a narrow opening of a vase. A vase with a wide opening is what this arrangement needed. At first look, the arrangement looked nice and the flowers appeared fresh but in reality it was not! The very next day the roses were limp and brown in the middle. Due to the poor quality of the roses it didn’t get a chance to bloom. They also used small carnations as fillers which were all short in length. The vase had to be filled up with water to the brim just to have the carnations submerged in it. You would think a flower arrangement would last more than 2 days. It did not! It’s so disappointing for the consumer to spend their hard earned money on a flower arrangement trusting that they would get what they paid for. Everyone has a story to tell when flowers are sent. My story is, my sister just got diagnosed with cancer and I wanted to cheer her up. You only had one chance to make it right and with our experience you did not. Word of advice. Be mindful when an arrangement is sent. Don’t cut corners. Give the consumer what they paid for. Don’t assume the sender will NOT see the arrangement but that shouldn’t matter anyways. Roger did the Celebration of Life flowers for my step father who passed away recently. My step father was a retired State Highway Patrolman and we wanted flowers that honored him with a classic yet modern touch.
