The owners, Mike and Debbie are engaging conversationalists and very popular with local friends as well as folks who come to Middletown for some of our fantastic events, many of which feature unbelievably outstanding local live musicians and just about any musical genre. Come as a party of 1 or 21. Mike is the chemist and the the White Dog distillery is on site. The unique selection of custom distillery blends of whiskey, vodka, and bourbon is easily beyond imagination for many. These, along with a wide variety of flavors of every kind of rum, ginger beer and mint make up many of their fine cocktails. Add to that their wide selection of craft beers, domestic and imported beers and a variety of white and red wines. Middletown and beyond has a lot of very talented and diverse musicians. What a Great place! It was my first time there. Mike (the owner) introduced himself and we talked for a long time about bourbon and local breweries. He was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. The bourbon selection is impressive and the premade bourbon flights was a nice touch. I recommend Bourbon Flight #2. The sandwiches looked good but I didn't eat anything on this visit. I also liked how there was a nice selection of local brews on tap. Needless to say I will be back on my next visit...

Found this little Distillery by chance, was driving down the street & seen the sign, SO VERY GLAD I WENT BACK. So welcoming inside, very friendly bartender, very informative, gave a sample of each bottle they make, RUM, VODKA, AUGVUA, GIN...each is sold in 2 sizes . Walked away 2 bottles.
