The manager Tom (older,short Caucasian male)would not accept a return for a defective item I purchased 2 days ago. Not only would he not accept it but he yelled at me in the store it!This manager was being racist towards me. Love all Home Goods Stores whatever state I'm in!!! Some merchandise is btter dependin on the location. Staff is amazing so far every place I've visited. I always love a good trip to Home Goods. Their prices are a little crazy sometimes. And the store is a little hard to navigate. It's super chaotic and the shelves are PACKED with items.
