Went to this location on a Tuesday. Was told I could come back and get a full refund if my wife didn't like the item. Walked back in the next morning with my wife to be told sorry sir we can't give your money back. We can send you a check. But that's gonna take up to 45 days. So letnme get this right. Kay can take my thousands in cash. Then not have my cash the next day. On top of that they will mail me my money within a time of days period ? No. I'm suing this company at this point. You can't take people's money. Put it in your interest earning bank and then give me back my money when you choose. Every company is doing this stuff. They steal our cash fluff their account and hold all our money and make it look like they have a ton on reserve. When in actuality they are just earning interest on our money. This company is no good. The staff mislead me. The staff stated they would call later in the day with the money. That was 3 weeks ago. Not only was the salesman overly pushy when my fiancé and I made it clear that we were just browsing, but he was very unprofessional. He asked for my ring and and walked away towards a machine to clean it I assume, but he never made it clear what he was doing with it. We knew what we were looking for and explained in detail, but the salesman wanted to continue to pull out rings that we had no interest in. When my fiancé found a ring of interest for himself we asked for the specifics in case we wanted to come back after we browsed other stores. The salesman told us he could sign us up for a program and we could add the ring to our wish list so it was easier whenever we wanted to come back and all he needed was my drivers license. Assuming this was some sort of rewards program or email news letter, we agreed. About 5 minutes later he lets us know we are approved for a line of credit. A line of credit that we didn’t want, agree to, and weren’t told that he would be running our credit for since we didn’t consent or sign anything for this. Read moreCustomer service by the staff was above amazing. They are extremely patient and knowledgeable. However. It's not 5 stars because the return policy is crazy. After specifically stating there was a high chance the items I was purchasing would not be wanted but I wanted to try and find a gift. And that I needed to be able with no hassles no issues return these products the next day if these were not wanted. I was told there was no issue returning the money immedielty no questions asked. Within 30 days. So.... I return the next evening asking for a refund. To my surprise I'm told that can't be accommodated except for a check that would take up to 21 days to be issued. Who knows how many fans to get to me. I called other stores and none have the ability to give My cash back however they can exchange it for something let's say 200 less and give me the small amount of cash. This is completely unacceptable as I was very clear and concise when explaining I wanted no issues returning and receiving my cash back.
