This is all about the GREAT customer service I received at this store! I had flown to Louisville for my Aunt's 96th birthday. The week before I pre-ordered her cake by phone for pick up when I arrived, but there was a little mix up with the order. I mention this because the bakery folks went out of their way, took care of it in a jiffy, and handed me a gorgeous cake. It’s not the mistake but the fixing that makes for great customer service, thank you. Now for the BIGGIE! When I checked out with the cake I spoke with the gentleman working there - his name is ERNEST - mentioned my Aunt's birthday and he was absolutely sweet about it and wished her a happy birthday. But wait, it gets even better! When I brought my Aunt grocery shopping a few days later, Ernest recognized me. I introduced my Aunt and he was so kind and generous and lovely to her that it felt like her birthday was still being celebrated. He made her feel like a Queen.    Read moreKroger needs to take a strong look at this store. Kroger big thing in this area for a while now is #1 in customer service. Not this location. My car ran out of gas pulling into the location. My container I had wasn't good enough for the lady, so I had to push my car uphill through the parking lot. Apon re-arriving at the gas station the clerk looks at me while I'm out of breath and after clearly seeing me push my car into the pump directly in front of her and asked is that your car. I gotta make sure your not using someone else's car to hide you putting gas in the container you had. Very rude if you ask me. Just take my money. Two days later I had a prescription called in to their pharmacy the doc confirmed with me that she had already spoken with the pharmacy and should be ready upon arrival. Well I show up 35 minutes later. They claim they haven't received after. I switched the medicine to Walmart just down the street they had it filled by the time I arrived. Which was 5 mins later.
