This is absolute BEST place to get your cell phone repaired. This was honestly my first time using one of these types of businesses. Last night, my phone screen crashed and I thought that my data would easily transfer to my new cell phone that I had just purchased and it didn't. So, I decided to Google cell phone repair companies, and the Middletown location of CPR popped up, so I walked in. It was soo clean, neat, organized, and professional. The owner is professional, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and he will educate you all about your cell phone. Within less than 2 hours my entire cell phone data was found, and transferred onto my new one and for a very reasonable price. I am soo glad that I went here and I honestly would recommend anyone to try this place if you are even thinking about it. They will take awesome care of you. Plus, he also showed me how to make sure that my new photos are stored correctly in Google Photos, I honestly thought my old phone was set up that way, but it wasn't. I highly recommend this place! I turned in a MacBook Pro computer from the early 2010s. It wouldn’t turn on. CPR cell phone repair told me what it would cost and what they thought the problem was. After having my computer for about a month, I called and asked what the status was. They said they had to ship it off somewhere else to fix it. Another month went by and I was starting to worry they were ripping me off. I called them and they said due to COVID, it was taking longer than expected. Finally after 3 months, they called me and said it was ready to pick up. They had to do more work than they initially thought, replace the screen, and re work some components. I was worried the original price was long gone. They replaced my screen for free and kept their word on the originally agreed upon price.

Absolutely love this place. Ive used this shop specifically twice now. Once for my teens screen repair and more recently was experiencing issues with my audio. Kyle and his team did a diagnostic checked it out and actually gave me info to take back to apple store (and ordered a part for me just in case ) and the apple store with the info i was given had to fix/replace a part for free under an extended warranty i was told about bc of this store’s knowledge. This store couldve easily charged me an arm and a leg or kept the fee for the part and not told me about any of it. Despite them not being the ones to actually fix the issue -themselves, their research, guidance and help was so valuable and helped me get my phone fixes for free.
