Little Green Apple — Local services in Middletown

UPDATE: Seems like this store changed it's name to Little Green Apple Hallmark. No matter... it's still one of the worst places to ever consider purchasing anything from!!

If I could give this Louisville KY store NO STARS I would. The woman at the counter was rude and unhelpful. I asked about an ornament and she said they didn't call it by that name.

Excuse me, you are a registered Hallmark store, selling Hallmark ornaments. There shouldn't be another name for what Hallmark originally labels their ornaments. Wonder how they would feel about a store relabelng their products.

She said to describe it... it's called Snowtop Lodge, Whittaker Q. Snowden Porcelain Ornament. She never did say what they supposedly called it. She just hatefully said they were sold out, even though their website said they had several in stock!

That's OK, I'll take my business elsewhere and not mess with this store ever again. This is the 3rd time I've tried coming here and EVERY time, they are just rude hateful people working the counter. You would think that at Christmas, they could at least be somewhat kind and helpful. I'm over this place! I bought it from somewhere else at a reduced price anyway!

Annie's, you all really need to hire people that actually have the necessary skills to serve your customers, it's called kindness! So far, some of your staff seem to lack customer...

Terrible place....I bought a Christmas ornament on Dec 23 for a gift and when the recipient took it out of the box, I was totally embarrassed at how pitiful this Angel ornament looked. It went right back in the box and I took it back. They wouldn't take it back....no returns or exchanges on Hallmark Keepsake ornaments. I paid $10 for that ornament. I told them I would never step foot in their store again and walked outside and THREW the ornament in the garbage. Hallmark...your quality is lacking...not anywhere near what it used to be. Whatever happened to customer service? I rarely take anything back to any store. ...

This place knows about how a business should run and understand how to fill orders and in what order. They have their act together. After the absolutely miserable and disappointing experience at the Hallmark in the Paddock stores, I was happy to find that this location had all of my online ornaments waiting for me when I got there, as well as others that I had called about on the phone. They were nice. They were efficient. I will be doing business with this location (only) in the future. I will NEVER patronize the Paddock location at all (Horrible attitudes. Horrible work ethic. Poor...
