I have eaten at this location twice now and both times I had similar experiences but this one warranted a review. Came in around 8:30am. Very few tables were in use, very much was slow. So to be seated then stuck waiting over 15mins before getting asked about drinks was a joke. Literally made eye contact with 3 different servers who were in the corner chatting amongst them selves. As me and my friend were about to leave the bartender took notice stopped what she was doing then came over to get me and my friend taken care of. I asked for a sweet tea but it came out very much not sweet and very salty, not to sure what happened there. The bartender did take that off the check so at least it only costed me my taste buds. Food for me was rather good however my friend got the hot brown and it was pretty poorly put together with the egg being non existent. Read moreI was really looking forward to dining at this location, especially because I’ve had great experiences at another branch of this restaurant. Unfortunately, my visit here was very disappointing.
I arrived with high expectations, but once seated, I quickly noticed that the dining area was not clean. There was visible food scattered on the floor, and utensils—specifically a spoon and fork—were left under the table I was seated at. It didn’t feel like the space had been properly cleaned or reset for new guests.
Due to the condition of the dining area, I didn’t feel comfortable staying to dine and decided to leave within 10 minutes of being seated. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any dining experience, and sadly, this location fell short.

Read moreSydnie was our server. She was not very attentive. She took my order and when she asked my husband she decided to watch and listen to another table. He waited for her to acknowledge him again before placing his order. My husband ordered a side of bacon, crispy. The bacon was beyond over done and it is hard to see there is a hair stuck to the bacon. This is not the picture he took. This was after Sydnie asked if he was taking a good or bad picture..... she quickly walked away. She dropped off out check and cleaned up all the plates, but the uneaten bacon. She then asked if we wanted a box and this is when my husband pointed out the hair. OMG I asked you was her response and took the bacon away.
