Mine had two main issues over the course of 6 months. First the old hard drive corrupted and YEARS of data was about to be lost. I tried every trick I could read about online and finally gave in to see if a professional could recover it. As I do, I called around to different places. "Whoa" said one place, "that's pretty old. I could charge you for the time but I'll go ahead and tell you it's probably not gonna work. You should mail off to these guys (I think they were in colorado) but they're very expensive." I was apprehensive about mailing off my hard drive anywhere, so the next place I called was West Main Tech. Brent, very determined to get the data, was able to do the very difficult task of recovering the data off a corrupt hard drive. All of it.

The second issue came when after the computer turned on, nothing appeared on the monitor. Thinking the old computer was dying again, Brent was able to recommend a solution that make it work again. And once again, the old computer works fine.

The entire staff is super friendly, super accommodating, and works very hard to get your needs met. I now have a sure first-stop every time to get my computer problems taken care of, and I'd highly recommend them to fix any computer issues...

This place is AWESOME! I had a nasty virus/trojan and this affected my husbands business and it was a serious situation for us. I have a MacBook Pro that has been overheating causing it to drain the battery and die. I call and spoke with Brent who said to bring it in and he’d look at it for a few minutes while I waited. His initial thought was that it had dust in it and just needed cleaned. No dust was present so he did some googling and found reported problems of Crome causing the MacBooks to overheat. I am notorious for having multiple tabs open at once. He did turn off a couple things in Crome that it suggested but I honestly have just avoided using Crome and switched to using Safari. Happy to report that my MacBook is no longer overheating. Oh, and Brent wouldn’t let me pay him for helping me. I’ll be giving him my business in the future....
