Horrible service!!! Used to be friendly staff. Now rude and operate as if they are the only place in town. I noticed they started covering up the meat section with the lid left open so you can't see how they're making your sandwich. I've never been to another subway that does that. I ordered and paid for double meat and did not get it. When I called, their solution was to have me bring the sandwich back the next day (still 10 minutes left until closing and I live 3 min away). How stupid is that? Mind you, I come here once a month and buy the same thing for my large family and spend $100. When I recommended a credit for the difference, they said "how do we know that you're telling the truth" as if people have time to make random calls to swindle Subway for free double meat. Then they hung up on me and would not pick up the phone. I don't know who the owner is but he or she needs to spend some more time at their store before the employees drive their business out of business. There are many bad reviews in the recent months and complaints are similar. You just lost $1200 per year in revenue...
Read moreHave always enjoyed the food here. Giving 3 stars because of my experience today. My husband and I went there with our subway coupon which was mailed to everyone by subway. Coupon was buy 2 foot long subs for 12.99. Got ready to pay and was told by employee that subway no longer accepted coupons in the store. You have to use them online. So.... subway mailed coupons to everyone for in store use and decide they didn't want to honor them. I no longer place online orders for this subway because I live 2 miles away and for some reason they never seem to get the order correct. Why would any business issue coupons and then decide it was a bad idea... worse yet, the coupons only had another week before they expired. The young man felt bad telling me they didn't want to accept my coupon and gave me 10% off which was very nice. Poor public relations. How foolish in this economy. Risking less than desirable feedback from regular customers...
Read moreThe service is 50/50 depending on who is working there that day, if you meet two guys they are extremely helpful and friendly and care to actually strike a conversation with you while the two women who work here are terrible and only care about getting people through the line fast so they can sit around and do nothing. It's also not the subway you want to go to of you are looking for a full customization. It has most of the stuff, just not all. At least when they were out the two guys made amazing substitutions.
