Okay so let me start off saying nothing went right from the start. So it is valentines day for me right now. I ordered online 2 days early the "12 Rose Vase with Alstroemeria". I got there and i am waiting in a long line (which is fine) i see a guy ask if he could add some small flowers of color to his all white rosas, he was told no, it was a small task i am not sure why he was told no. i finally get to the front counter of which i explained my online order. It wasnt ready much less even started! by the time i received my order it looks nothing like the picture i had see online, it was EXTREMELY over sprayed with the shine spray it was literally dripping all over my truck, it looked messy, and the vase looks nor is even the same color as the one in the picture! i payed 110$ they were not cheap, for what i see other people in the store paying 60-85$. I added on a note for them to attach to the flowers with a cheesy love quote and i did not even receive that! literally everything i wanted out of these flowers was not there and i should not have regrets about my purchase, but at this rate i would rahter of not come home empty handed so i took them and am leaving this here to hopfully for warn...

DO NOT USE THEM !!! I have been using them for years, I spend a lot here every year, I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines and asked to have them delivered to my wife work, I even asked for them to be delivered on the 13th of February and they took them to my house were no one was home and never tried to contact anyone. I tried and tried to call them no answer ! Drove there only to be told "we tried to call you" They never tried to call me or my wife ! For the price i paid the flowers looked horrible ! They did not even offer to give me back my delivery fee ! After years and years of using them for every occasion , I am done with Flowerama ! I even talked to the owner. Horrible experience. I called 2 days ago to order a bouquet for prom pictures. The woman on the phone told me to "just come in the day you need it and someone will put it together." I reminded her that it would be on prom day and she said "no problem". So, I went today. I was VERY rudely told it wasn't possible. I reiterated what I was told. She said "ok. She will put one together" and quickly charged me $50. The bouquet was ready and sitting on the counter for 30 minutes of my 40 minute visit and not one of the many employees bothered to come to where they KNEW I was sitting to let me know it was ready. They were INCREDIBLY rude and charged me $50 for a tiny 6 rose bouquet....
