I like the green chile burger 😁
I was at Whataburger a bit after 7pm this evening .I ordered my food, got my #, then I filled my large cup with ice and sweet. The tea had a not so good taste, the tea tasted as if the tea had been there a longer while or the container hadn't been washed or probably older tea mixed with fresh made tea. Well I told the cashier that took my order, and she became bothered with me telling her this. Another worker that was there literally walked up to me and looked at me directly in my eyes(i guess she was trying to intimidate me with the "stare") and I looked at her, she's like what's wrong with the tea? And I told her that it didn't taste good. She still staring at me and I asked her, "Do I empty my cup here?" She said yeah. Then I nicely asked the cashier that took my order if she could please give me some tea from the container that they have in the drive thru area(as I asked her for tea she was just saying how she's the one that makes the tea and that it's fresh)The lady gave me my cup of tea , I tasted it and it was yummy😁 I told them it was great. Then the lady that gave me the stare down AGAIN asked me to point out which container I got the tea the first time and I showed her. She got a small cup and served herself some tea and drank it, she then was like, "it's good nothing is wrong with it"(she then went to the another lady that was in the fries area and I'm sure was making fun of me) I smiled and told her,"well to me it doesn't taste good and I just thought yall should know ". FINALLY my order was ready and as I walked to the counter to get my order the cashier that took my order said, "excuse me can you please show me which container you got tea from ".... I told her that the other lady checked the tea out and I wasn't going to be put in a position for her to humiliate me in front of all the customers just so she can prove her point that the tea she made was good. It's obvious that the customer cannot say, point out, or complain at this location or else the employees will put you on the spot regardless if you're courteous. Im probably not going...
Read moreWent thru drive thru for breakfast around 9am with only one car in front of me. Waited over 5 minutes to pull up to window. Once there, I could see everything going on behind the line. Oh my!! No sense of urgency to get orders out. I look in rearview mirror and see 5-6 cars behind me. Waited another 2 minutes before girl came to window (she was too busy chatting with her BFF) and then asked what I had ordered!! Good grief!! Once she found my bag and handed it to me and took my money she did not have any change in her drawer. She didn't got the manager to come over and give her change which took another 2 minutes. The manager was slow moving and did not really care and did not have a look on her face like she gave a damn. Out of the five people I saw behind the line there was only one who is actually working. Corporate needs to come to this site and clean house. Get some people in this place to actually care about their jobs. I will copy this review and send it to corporate. There needs to be a serious attitude change here. When I got to my destination and opened my bag, none of my hash browns were in the little bag that the hash browns go in... They were scattered all over the inside of the bag. The food tasted like it should but the service here at this location needs serious help.
UPDATE: I did NOT send a copy of my complaint... I called corporate office!!! I sure hope these people at this location can find new work...

Pulled up, no one in front of me, was the only one in the drive thru at this point. Asked for 2 Bacon & Egg Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuits. Waited 15 minutes for my order, only to receive regular biscuits, cold eggs with one of my sandwiches having a biscuit in 4 pieces while wrapped with a large lettuce leaf. I didn't order lettuce with my sandwiches, needless to say. I called the location and, of course, in fast food fashion...excuses were made. "We're short handed, we had no eggs ready, blah, blah, blah..." For a franchise that makes a TON of money off of Texans, you'd think these guys would have an air tight operation. This particular location would probably be considered the prime location of all the stores in Midland. If you can't stay staffed, you either have bad management, bad pay or a combination of both. Either way, not my problem but I swear by the fast food gods, I...
