I visited this restaurant on September 21st of this year. I had planned to use my coupon codes from my bk app. I always forget the paper coupons. The in-app coupons are more convenient. I walked in side the store to place my order. When I made it to the counter, no one was in line. No one acknowledged my presence. The store manager was sacking orders, yet, she never took the time to acknowledge me. She continued to sack approximately 5 orders before rudely stating that she would assist me soon. After she dragged herself to the counter, i immediately showed her the coupon code in my app. The lady immediately stated in a rude tone” I can’t accept that”! I looked at her with disgust, and before I could say anything, she stated “ the computer is not going to accept it. Rather than argue with that woman, I snatched my phone than left. I made a complaint to the corporate office and I have not received a response from them yet. These Burger Kings are franchised in Midland are a disgrace to the restaurant industry. Elderly woman complained about her burger. She left upset after the 2nd burger. I picked up our order and noticed that the top bun of our Texas double whopper and fish burger were cold. I grabbed my wife's whopper and spoke with the team leader if she could warm the top bun. I didn't get her name, but she was nice enough to get me another. The top bun was still cold on the 2nd whopper given. We told her about it again so they can address the issues with the bread warmer and to prove having more complaints.
