My experience happened early summer. I dropped off a bracelet on a Monday and was told It would be ready by Wednesday, 3 weeks later I went to picked it up because: “it wasn’t ready, he forgot, he was out of town” excuse after excuse. Anyways, when I got there the lady showed it to me and it looked fine from far away I trusted them the bracelet was fixed. A few weeks later when I was going to wear my bracelet I realized it wasn’t fixed, totally my fault for not checking closely right then, lesson learned!!..Hope they enjoyed the $ I was charged. However they wouldn’t honor it (even with receipt) because they couldn’t find me in their computer system. Ray was very honest about my ring and what he could offer me for it & why. He gave me suggestions on what to do with the ring in the alternative so that I get the best deal for me out of the situation. He treated me much better than Occasions did yesterday. I realize if I drop something off for repair or sizing that my piece isn’t the only one Ray is working on but when he does work on it, all of his attention goes into it.
