Updated: after several tries, we kinda had a resolution.. I still have an issue, but manager was polite and I got an order that was an improvement from the experience I had originally. Thank you to the manager
I placed a order for carryout on Friday, April 29, 2022, and it was the worst food ever. I ordered 3 medium Pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie, I picked it up and didn't think I needed to check my boxes.. Boy was that a mistake! My pizzas were burned and my cookie was as well. I've always had good experience with this Pizza Hut, but I don't eat out much... I was very disappointed to get such poor quality food, and my total wasn't cheap. I would not recommend!
They told me I'd have a credit for my next visit.. the following Friday, June 6th, I thought I'd use my credit. I called, young man was polite. He didn't know, I was talking about and got the manager.. I ordered the SAME thing as my order was and I had made sure I had a credit. I arrive and go inside and was told that my order came up to $29 and some change. I told him that I was supposed to have used my credit, and he told me that was the total after using my credit.. I did get upset and walked put the door. The more I thought about it, the more it didn't make sense to me to order the same order and have it double in price. Read moreIf I could give zero stars it would be just that. I ordered food on Sep 2, and my order was incorrect. I called the store to speak to manager and he was very unprofessional and rude. I explained how they sent me the wrong pizza and the baked pasta was hard and dried out and he told me to shut up and give him my number. I was appalled, but I gave him my number and asked him for a refund. He said no, he was sending pizza and hung up in my face. I then called right back, and a regular worker answered, I asked for the manager, and she said the manager was busy and hung up in my face. I tried reaching out to another Pizza Hut and spoke with the district manager at another Pizza Hut and they said that they were going to let Corporate know and someone will be calling me back and as of today no one has called me back. This service is unacceptable and I will never eat there again. To top it off 45 minutes later the delivery driver pulls up with pizza and he thinks that I’m gonna eat it no I sent it right back to the store just waiting on someone to get back with me on my complaint because I definitely do...
Read moreIf I could give a lower rating believe me I would. My Mother-In-law called in an order, they said it would be ready at 7:05. My wife arrived at 7:15. When she arrived she asked if the order was ready, she was then told it would be about 10 minutes, which she was fine with. She waited 20 minutes for good measure and went back up and politely asked a gentleman by the name of Jared if there was an ETA on the order, he (Jared) proceeded to yell at my wife that it would be a few minutes and when my wife turned around he proceeded to yell at her that he has been in there by himself for four hours now. My wife ended up waiting over an hour for a pizza and a 12 piece wings that was ordered at 6:30. When receiving said food IT WAS COLD! The food had been done shortly after her arrival but everyone told her it was not ready when she asked about the order multiple times. Something needs to be done about Jared because not only was he yelling at my wife and other customers he was yelling and cursing...
