These are the best candles ever!!! It’s really sad that someone would PURPOSEFULLY try to get an army of her friends to bash this family owned business because they are upset that they would not share the formula that they spent YEARS doing themselves. It’s a lazy approach to STEAL someone else’s formula so they can use it for their own personal gain. The owner did her own research and her own HARD work to make this business burn bright. If she doesn’t want to tell how, what, when, where or why… then she does NOT have to. Take offense to it all you want but The Candle cafe is always the best and always loyal to those who actually value the hard work those women put into making those candles! You are a sick sick person to attack someone in that way. You have no right to be that upset because YOU are too lazy to do it yourself. And if you were able to find your oils or vendors to send you oils then WHY are you so mad? Get a life hunny. It’s not that serious. Find a new hobby. Btw I have seen this company support other candle companies and cheer them on before. So it’s not because they don’t want anyone else to shine. But like the other companies they did their OWN work and did NOT ask for anyone else’s formula or “how to” on making candles. Very unprofessional for someone to even think that was okay. I am the one that went into the shop today and a few days ago and bought fragrance oils. (4 different oils). I just started making my own candles and was referred to your store because I was so excited to make my first candle. I was accused of trying to duplicate your candles because I asked about how much oil would be good to use in the candle….i googled it and found out. I will order fragrance oils online from now on! I always like to support small stores when I am traveling. I will not be back so no worries about me. The first time I went in I did ask about the amount of oil….not trying to duplicate, just not having a clue! The lady said the one who makes candles wasn’t in the store. Brandy I would love to move forward if you would like as far as attorneys! I have one standing by! but before you do I think you should talk with your daughter about the conversations she was having with my little girl about her husband and certain things that are done in the back of your establishment.
