I really dont even know where to start with my review. To say that I have had a subpar experience with EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I’ve spoken to at this James Avery location in Midland TX is an understatement. I’ll be sending corporate an email as well because the amount of hoops that I have had to jump through only to finally speak to the manager “courtney” today and get a very non chalant, monotone response of “well I did what I was supposed to do, I called unclaimed and they did not have it sooooo…I guess maybe look in your home and see if you find it” was RIDICULOUS. The mere fact that she has a “manager” position and felt comfortable enough to just brush me off the way she did is sad for the company itself. I am still without my daughters charm bracelet that she has had damn near since she was born all because it was lost by yall. Was offered NO solution and was completely dismissed today like I was a nuisance. NEVER will I ever do business with ya’ll. Do better. Hire better. Promote better people. Read morewent to this location 03/09 an hour before closing time, there was 1 other customer in the store and she was browsing. mind you i have never been to a james avery location i’ve only ever ordered online, so i just browsed around not knowing what to do when i was interested in something. i spent 35 minutes looking around and the ladies working would just stare at you and then talk amongst each other no one came up to me once or even greeted me. i was interested in quite a few things but ended up leaving with nothing since the customer service was incredibly poor. I went to the odessa location off highway 191 just yesterday and the ladies there were fantastic their customer service was spot on and i was instantly greeted and ended up leaving with two new rings. seems like the midland store needs some more training on...

My bracelet is almost filled up to the max and I put 3 more charms on my bracelet and one of the charms didn’t have a loop and u know how u have to pay 5$ for a loop.
