No half size/price items for people who want to buy a dozen or half dozen? No specials? No happy hour? Expensive. Artisan bakery or not. You could make just as much off your product using half the ingredients and selling for half the price and gaining many more customers. Right now 6 croissants comes to $50-$60 dollars. They taste good but that is not worth the price. People still have more things to spend money on. If we come here and buy croissants then we have to give up buying anything else all day another places. Simple economics. Affordability will make you a 10 star bakery. I’ll change the review to the highest review when you listen
7.25 per croissant X 6 (half dozen) =$43.50 + 8.25% sales tax =$47.08 total. My apologize I was off by $2.92. It’s a moot subject distracting from how expensive you are. Everyone works hard. Do you discount other food establishments from their hard work? All I am asking is to make a smaller size and sell it at a lower price. Win win.

Last one I ate 6 months ago didn’t have the filling in the middle. Your argument is you are a higher end food establishment but the croissants are hit and miss still. Have a customer appreciation day! That’s...
Read moreMy husband took me and my little sister to try for the first time. When you walk in, the atmosphere is so refreshing and it smells like a bakery. When we went, I believe they were making fresh new batches of croissants. So as we were ordering, they were bringing out all these flavors and we ended up buying almost 1 of each flavor for family as well. The croissant itself is just absolutely amazing! It’s soft on the outside, but still crisp on the outside. They have filling in them depending on the flavor. We got Piña Colada, Oreo, Nutella, Pistachio, Cinnamon, & Tres Leches. Each flavor was absolutely amazing! I noticed they also had drinks and coffees. I would’ve definitely gotten one to go but they didn’t have any matcha and I’m sensitive to coffees. The customer service was amazing, and they were super patient with us when deciding on what we wanted. Each croissant is about $8 I believe, but they are definitely worth it since they’re so huge and have filling. Definitely would recommend to anybody in the Midland area or if needing a sweet treat after a Hobby...
