No half size/price items for people who want to buy a dozen or half dozen? No specials? No happy hour? Expensive. Artisan bakery or not. You could make just as much off your product using half the ingredients and selling for half the price and gaining many more customers. Right now 6 croissants comes to $50-$60 dollars. They taste good but that is not worth the price. People still have more things to spend money on. If we come here and buy croissants then we have to give up buying anything else all day another places. Simple economics. Affordability will make you a 10 star bakery. I’ll change the review to the highest review when you listen

7.25 per croissant X 6 (half dozen) =$43.50 + 8.25% sales tax =$47.08 total. My apologize I was off by $2.92. It’s a moot subject distracting from how expensive you are. Everyone works hard. Do you discount other food establishments from their hard work? All I am asking is to make a smaller size and sell it at a lower price. Win win.

Lastly I wrote my review before I ate my croissant and I have another complaint. It was soggy. I’ve had the Tres Leches before and it wasn’t soggy. This one fell apart. Last one I ate 6 months ago didn’t have the filling in the middle. Your argument is you are a higher end food establishment but the croissants are hit and miss still. Have a customer appreciation day! That’s...

My husband took me and my little sister to try for the first time. When you walk in, the atmosphere is so refreshing and it smells like a bakery. When we went, I believe they were making fresh new batches of croissants. So as we were ordering, they were bringing out all these flavors and we ended up buying almost 1 of each flavor for family as well. The croissant itself is just absolutely amazing! It’s soft on the outside, but still crisp on the outside. They have filling in them depending on the flavor. We got Piña Colada, Oreo, Nutella, Pistachio, Cinnamon, & Tres Leches. Each flavor was absolutely amazing! I noticed they also had drinks and coffees. I would’ve definitely gotten one to go but they didn’t have any matcha and I’m sensitive to coffees. The customer service was amazing, and they were super patient with us when deciding on what we wanted. Each croissant is about $8 I believe, but they are definitely worth it since they’re so huge and have filling. Definitely would recommend to anybody in the Midland area or if needing a sweet treat after a Hobby...

Crisp Crust is a croissant lover’s dream come true. Every pastry is perfectly flaky, buttery, and baked to golden perfection. They offer everything from classic plain croissants to mouthwatering filled varieties like strawberry, blueberry, cookies and cream, Biscoff, dulce de leche, and tres leches. Their Dubai Chocolate Croissant is the star of the show, rich, smooth, and absolutely worth the hype! They also serve savory croissant sandwiches that make for a delicious breakfast or lunch option. The shop smells heavenly, the presentation is beautiful, and every bite feels indulgent. Whether you’re craving something sweet or savory, Crisp Crust never disappoints. A must-visit bakery that truly lives up to its name! Go show this...

To expensive. You’re a bakery. It doesn’t matter how elegant you’re trying to be pastry’s aren’t supposed to be that expensive. I wanted to try the loaf of bread but 20$!! For a loaf of bread? Ridiculous. 1 loaf of bread and 2 currants later we’re looking at almost 50$ before tax. I can go to Olive Garden on a date for that. Lower your prices. And also make smaller options at a lower cost too. I have only been here 1 time in 8 months because I got tired of spending to much when I go. And I always ask if they fill the croissant too and they say yes but they never have any filling.

I was so excited to find this authentic French bakery in Midland! I've been craving delicious croissants for ages, and these did not disappoint. They were perfectly flaky with a buttery flavor, and not too sweet, just like they should be. I tried the almond and strawberry croissant and both were delicious, you can't go wrong here! Don't miss this gem. Also, I recommend bringing a card instead of cash as they were unable to break a $20 bill at 10am.
